Tonight we will probably know the result of the election. Its real close. I just wanted to say that no matter who wins, I think that it is important for those who win not to gloat (that means you punkrider and simonfiller) and also for the losers not to pout and whine. I think that in order for us to help the country that we are in, both sides need to support the leader, Kerry or Bush, and stop with the endless bitching. I think we all have had enough of it over the past year or so.

i will never support a leader i don't agree with.

depending on who becomes our next president

we're all gonna be winners or losers

no matter who wins, we're all in the same boat

I don't agree at all. That way lies submissiveness. I will question the president even if he's my candidate, because unless we pressure our leaders to do the absolute best possible, we're not doing our jobs as citizens.

I wasnt saying just to blindly follow the elected leader. I was just saying that no matter who wins the Kerry/Bush bitching has to end. It is in no way constuctive. I agree completely with you on holding elected officials responsible though. I whole heartedly agree with that and if I was misleading I apoligize.

I agree with you, man. Either way the country votes, that will be the guy chosen by the people of the U.S. to lead us. I'll stand by that decision and respect it no matter who wins.

What if the courts decide? Will you support them then? That seems less like the people choosing. Just a hypothetical.

Its so hard to support a person you have been slandering and frowning upon for so long...

i will pout. i will whine. i will swear. i will be pissed, if bush wins. thats like asking someone not to cry at their parent's funeral.

yes people should allways support a leader they don't agree with at all. if you do agree, then support Bush. if you don't, don't. surely thats obvious

if it comes down to the courts, then I will piss and moan because my stance will not be adequately be represented. I think the representative's and the senate's vote should be confidential so that the guys with havlf a brain dont feel so pressured to vote for their party's candidate, but the better leader (kerry)

How can you expect people to be complacent? You're not voting on who gets the tall guy on your house league basketball team. I think it's a little more important to stand your ground, now more then ever!
