im looking to switch to tmobile, mostly to get the faves, the 2plane tickets to anywhere, and the siddekick, does anyone have it? how is service in albany area and how does texting work, is it like verizon?(i have the 10$ a month, unlimited to any verizon, and 500 to any others) most of the people i text ahve verizon so im wondering about texting plans the most

my experiance is that tmobile sucks in our area. I dont get service in alot of areas where everyone else does and i get service in places no one else does such as speculator.

when i had tmobile it was terrible. id be in my apartment with no service, get up and move 5 to the left and then boom i had all bars. not sure about other places but in albany it was no good. id stay with verizon if i were you.

im thinking about staying with verizon, but i want a sweet phone like at texting phone, but not teh samsung that everyone has, im thinking of the new one the the voyager, or the venus. but i still have like till april till my plan expires

I dont live in the albany area but I have had the same experience. Even when I travel to visit family or go other places I always seem to have shittier service than my friends with verizon. I think for texting I pay 5 dollars per month for 400 texts, i dont text much though.

do not at all cost get tmobile. i used to have sidekick, sk 2, and sk 3 for 4 years, it seems to get worst as the year goes by, i get no service inside any buildings, but outside i do. another thing that happens a lot is the server will shut down for like a day or 2 days for no reason so i cant text anyone so i got fed up with it and got sprint and it now kickass...

i have a verizon cell phone and the sidekick on tmobile. verizon by far has better service...i wouldn't switch to tmobile if i were you and all my friends had verizon anyway...since you get free verizon to verizon wtih them...yeaaah

tmobile blows in upstate ny, i can never get a signal anywhere. my brother has verizon and it works well round there

no. i have a sidekick with only the tmobile sidekick plan, and have a verizon cell phone for making calls (it's on a family plan so it's cheaper to keep it instead of adding voice to my sidekick)
