TM sizing

I'm getting a really good deal on TMs (250 brand new w/ Jib Bindings) Neways, I'm 5'5' 115 lbs. I don't expect to grow anymore, so I was wondering whether I should go with 165 or 175. I really wanted about 170. I like bumps, powder cruisers and park, and live in Colorado so have ample access to most terrain. I'm wondering what the rest of you guys think?

 
if you wont grow more, you are tiny. 165 is probably enough

go with 175.. bigger is better.. im 5'6 on 171s and i could still go bigger

165s absolutely. Don't go any longer unless you're tetering on the edge of a major growth spurt. I'm 5'8' 120 and I ski the 165. It's perfect.

 
its all personal pref. but if you are going to be riding a lot of pow then i would probably go up to 175

 
im amazed at how many of these kids are suckered into believeing that bigger skis are better. im 6 feet, 180 lbs, and i ride the 175s. at 115 lbs you definitly want 165s.

Personal pref at that size... if you like longer skis, go for 'em, but they're right, this is one of the few cases in which it just ain't necessary.

I am 5'11 and ski 175's. Personally, I skied both skis and it comes down to personal preferance. I like the 175's better, but I also have a solid 6 inches on you.

that's a tough height. last year i was thought about the 165 but felt it was too short, got mike nicks instead(i was about 5'6 then). i'm thinking i might go for the 175 next year, and i'm 5'7.5. anyway, i think you should go with the 165 (or get something else, probably no more than 170). it's all preferance, though.

Just give me a scene where the music is free and the beer is not the life of the party.

ya man i was in the exact same boat as you when i got my tms.

if there was a 170 they would be perfect

but get the 165.

and remember that trouble makers are a longer 165cm then say a line 1260 at 164cm.

if that makes sense?

I hate being between ski sizes.. Right now im 5'7 and all the skis i want next year are a bit big at like 177 and stuff
