TM, Scratch, PE, or 1080?

Ok, I ski about 60% all mountain, 40% park, but I plan to spend a lot more time in the park this year. I'm 18 years old, 6 feet, 200 pounds, skiing on the west coast. I currently don't have a very big bag of tricks, so I'm looking to progress a lot this year. I'm considering the 181 1080, 180 Scratch FS, 179 Public Enemy, and 182 Trouble Maker. Of these 4 skis, which would be best for me? Also, any binding recommendations?

I'm also going to be racing skiercross this year with my college's ski team, so that's another factor to consider when recommending these skis.

If your racing skiercross you might want something with some sidecut, so fuck the TM's, Scratchs, and 1080s might be okay but there shitty skis. I think the PE's have the most sidecut but I haven't ridden them, but they are cheap. The TM's are nice but I just thought they were a shitty all mountain ski, and liked my Volkl V-pros from a couple years ago better.

For skiercross, I say go with the 1080. I've raced some skiercross on mine, and they've done well. However, I'm getting the Atomic SX-9 for skiercross this year. Gonna be illmatic...

Apparently throwing snowballs at moving vehicles is a felony and can land you in prison for a year. Who knew?
 
at 200 lbs i wouldnt get 1080s, especially if you want them for skier cross, go with the pes or tms

you are the exact same size as me and if you ski 1080's they will feel like limp noodles and you will be able to look at your tips vibrating against the ground. what about v-pros? with as big as you are a stiffer ski might be better. i ski airstyle nt's but i wouldn't reccomend them as a park ski but they are pretty stiff - i wouldn't want any softer and all the boards you named (except maybe the pe) are pretty soft - and good luck finding those 182 tm's if thats what you decide on

I saw some 182's on ebay, or you could ask a rep, or call up the dynastar factory.

Cool, thanks for the info guys. Yeah, I'm riding some Line Skogens right now, and they're fun, but good lord they're soft-flexing. I doubt they'll do very well in skiercross races.
