T'is true y'all. Talib Kweli ripped off Ben Kweller. On his song 'Ms. Hill', Kweli uses a sample from Ben Kweller's "In Other Words" without permission or giving him any credit.

its true, but it really doesn't matter. i'm sure he had permission and do you know how many dj's use loops in their songs? or how many artists sample others' music. its pretty common.
