you take the shirt by the leeves and put the top of the shirt against your forehead, then put the rest of the shirt over your head, stretch the sleeves around the back and knot them together.

its fuckin easy, if you cant figure it out you definately dont deserve it, though i will tell you just because your screwin around. fold the top put it around your head, put the long end behind your head then tie the sleeves together.
