Titanium Bindings??

Yeah so I was hangin' in a ski shop around the corner from me and they were all like talkin' about how next year the look pivot bindings are going to incorporate titanium in the design to lighten them up. Has anyone else heard anything about this cause if it's true that binding will kick ass.

its just a rumour so far. But i know this, a lot of the look bindings from this year were on the best sale ever, like they were tryin to get rid of em, so that kinda may support ure theory(because look pivots almost never change, they are almost never on speical)

i hope its true, my scratch bc's with rossi bindings are fuckn heavy as fuck

Marker already has a Ti binding out, so does Salomon, both of which are outrageous in price for the minimal amount af actual titanium in them. I hope Rossi/Look does come out with something, but I am sure it will be just as ridiculous in price as the others. The big question is, lightwieght or safe. Rossi/Look turntables are definetly safer than the others and the few grams you save on weight is not worth a blown ACL or any injury...

the s810 ti is a bit less expensive then a p11.

I can get Salomon S910 Ti for $112, that's not too expensive. I'm pretty sure they're the same as the S912 Ti, just that the DIN range only goes up to 10.
