Hey guys just wanted to see what people do in the off season when they aren’t ripping park. Skating? Woodward? Working out? Crushing brewskis? What works best to keep getting better when no more snow time?

You’re not injured every off-season? Must be nice. On a serious note, cliff jumping is a cool way to stay airborne, mountain biking is a fun way to stay fit, and Woodward is cool for learning rotations into the foam pit.

Yeah any surgeries I need are in the off season

What works best? Following the snow and continuing to ski. What works well and is more obtainable? Just do physically active things a lot, like biking, hiking, working out. Things that keep your body continuously moving and develop your musclar endurance and good cardio. Eating well and just staying healthy. Idk it's life, don't take it too seriously. As long as you consistently do something active, youll be all gucci

stay strong by biking or running. Trail running has done wonders for me in terms of strengthening my calves and dorsiflexors which helps to avoid shin bang. It definitely is not good for the knees though unfortunately.

Trampolines, DH biking, kiteboarding, hiking/running, gym. Hiking, running, and gym keep me in shape, the others also keep me in shape but more importantly keep the air awareness/balance/comfort with speed/adrenaline up. I used to cliff jump more too, similar idea.

It does back fire if you break your collarbone DH biking tho

Trampoline for aerials, but I do them once a week during the season too.

buy a boat. Go wakeboarding, wake skating, water skiing. Lots of similar principles to snow sports.

Eat healthy, exercise often, listen to your body, get enough sleep, hit some tramps, jerk off, work on balance exercises, call your mom and tell her you love her, don't do hard drugs and try to find good summer deals from shitters on nice equiptment/outerwear
