hey, I had diffuculty last winter at keeping my rotation straight, i always go cork pretty much and i have alot of dificulty doing spins that are small like 3s i always slightly out of my regular axe and I fall, do you have any advice to diference my cork spins and my normal spins. This all starte when I started learning my cork 7, I know Its all in my head but do you have any tips to help. sorry form my bad english

some times it can be as small as NOT LOOKING AT YOUR FEET. and keeping your vision up. Some times its because your taking off on one foot. Or it can be your upper body.
Remember to spin level you have to trow it level .
1) try this get up and do a 360 on the floor. right now...........im waiting .

2) now see where your arms took off and landed. im sure you left hand and arm dropped more then you righ. am I right.

3)Now try a L 360 with left arm straight out in front,an you right hand straight out to the right side. if you spin R its just the opposite
4) when you jump and pull your arms in keep your elbows up and pull just your forarms and hands into you shoulder so nothing drops and keep you vision up and you head up. all of this is together is going to keep you spinning up.
if your still going off axis get someone to look at you feet and make sure there not taking off one at a time.
