be fit, eat somewhat healthy, be positive, do dangerous/somewhat ballsy stuff every day. think your the shit, like confidence up the b hole. and you should be good. seriously though, its like a lifestyle/mentality thing. when i was like 15-19 i pretty much just skiied, my mentality was more like "yeah im skiing today cool, maybe ill do some tricks" now i do something active every day, try to be very fit, mountain bike like crazy in the summer, and in general try to get some kind of cool activity in every day if possible. and now all i can think about when im lapping the park is how to push myself harder.
