Tips on Trading (Not NS trade)

I recently posted a ad to trade skateboard decks on a website. I was wondering what some pointers and tips are to trading because I got an offer. Just wondering how to exchange the items, etc.

i never ship first unless the person you're trading with has a great feedback record. if he refuses to ship first, you could always arrange to ship the same day and agree to both purchase tracking.
