tips on throwin cork

i have been working on them and what i have figured out is try to take your leading shoulder and drop it when you spin this will set you off axis and just spin from there

do what i did. my ex owed me 53 bucks from random times i let her borrow money. i asked for it and she told me to fuck off and wouldnt pay me back. i was planning on slitting her tires, but my friend told me that was childish and talked me out of it. so instead, i broke her car window with a rock and jacked her cd case with like 50 cd's. good shit. she listens to iron maiden, black sabbath, metallica, and that kind of stuff. 50s cds is a lot of money my friends-seanPisto

Yeah and cork 7's are generally much easier than cork 5's......... Unless you are a freak of nature.

Just watch videos and copy. Stay tucked up and focused and it'll come around. If you start flailing, you'll hurt yourself.

cork 5s are definatly easier than 7s for me. just pop and drop the shoulder. then you don't really have to do much, at least for a 5, the rotation sort of follows through on itself and you come around. the only problem i've had is sometimes coming down still a little corked. to fix that just push your feet down when you feel it coming around at like 450.

make sure you dont pull out of it in the middle or youll land ing whatever position youre in, probably on your back. keep your head and shoulders down the whole time.

yea man, i recommend you just go all out for it. but def try to get some time on tramps or off a diving board to get the cool feeling of being off-axis

good luck

definetly key to stay tucked ive took the worst falls with corks by untucking in the middle and definetly try on a tramp first then take it to a bc kicker for a nice powder landing. DOPE

get a tramp...get a powder booter...get balls...get it done in the park... thats my 4 step program...i just made it up and haven't tried it but i betcha it will work...i've gone up to step 2. good luck

Yeah, pretty much balls. Because once you get the balls to keep trying it, especially after a hard fall, you learn what you do wrong pretty fast and the trick kinda just keeps getting better.

upon take off spot down at the lip of the jump when you start your rotation it will cause your body to cork and then get your head looking right over your shoulder like a regular spin and then gravity will bring your feet back down below you naturally just keep the spin moving and commit.

Maverick i just got my thumb out of my cast, i broke it about 5 weeks ago, and dont listen to the doctors, unless its a bad brake you can ski the next day after they put a cast on. Thats what i did atleast!

I'd rather be skiing

the smaller the rotation, the more you have to drop your shoulder.

i think of cork 3s as exactly between a lincoln loop and a 3

Find a staircase that spirals tight to the left as you go down. Walk down it quite quickly and lean to the left looking down and to the left. That's exactly how a throw my corked 7s.

To cork I found that if you pop early off the jump, and it ends up like a butter off the end of the take-off automatically sending you cork.
