there is two different slidding axise's when doing curvered rails so it is really hard to tip one side to the other

don't worry about being forward or back just think about being centered, and look at the end of the rail especially with a roller coaster.

get on the rail and lift your toes up, or push them down - depends on the curve... as (i think it was reedy) said - keep it simple. don't go into the rail and dive sidways or try to slide it more agressivly than a normal rail, just get on and ride the curve around
