Tips for Flat 3/Rodeo 3

It's my go to flip. I prefer them over backies. Just pop hard and throw it like how you would on a trampoline. (Do not attempt if you cannot do it on a tramp)

There are a lot of people who can flat 3 on skis but not on skis. The jump helps you do it. And OP. Kinda set it like a backflip but crooked

Doing flips on snow is all about setting the flip/popping at the lip of the jump, just do a backflip and grab Japan and reach with your non grabbing hand and you'll probably do a flat spin

Start with a relatively poppy 20fter that you can backflip easy, after a few warmup backhoes start putting your ear towards your shoulder at takeoff while pointing your skis slightly to the other side when taking off. Grab Japan, it will naturally send you into a flatspin
