hey don't hate...seriously, I'm learning to ski park FINALLY. any tips on 3s? I stinkin hit a booted at keystone yesterday and got a concussion trying it. haha seriously though. tips?

start with a jump you feel comfortable on. be confident. don't overthink things. approach the jump, pop when you are at the lip, and rotate your head and shoulders in the direction you want to spin. Your eyes are extremely valuable, as they determine where your body will go. When you turn your head and shoulders keep your eyes looking over your shoulder, and when you are turning keep looking for the landing. everything else is instinct and practice

My problem learning was not putting my feet back in for the spin. Make sure you spread em shoulder width or a little more for the take off and then bring them back together in the air for a tighter spin. Practice clicking your feet together in the air from a wide stance without spinning. Also, keep your head coming around.

one way to make sure that you keep rotating and don't stop short is to use your arms, if you're spinning left, wind your arms up then throw your left arm far enough behind your back that you are forced to rotate your head and shoulders.

I'm just getting these down too. I'm just starting to land them.

My big problem was coming down back seat. Important tip: don't look down at the snow, as that throws of the rotation. Look OVER your should, not through it. Keep the core tight, make sure your shoulders follow, let the landing come to you.

most likly your coming out back seat if the jump has substancial kick to it, if so, make sure you lean extra far forward to set the rotation properly.
