Tip Grabs - Yay or Nay?

Jon Olsson seems to have resurrected the 'tip grab' as seen in the 1242 trailer. What is your take on this??

On the one hand you gotta give him props for innovation and progression - he steezes it out and it does look pretty sweet.

On the other hand maybe they should have been left back in the eighties - a bit 'stressed' and 'stretched out'?

Personally i prefer a lazy grab like a safety or toxic, but then they come easy

i'd have to say tip grab like jon, yay, and if u can style them out, yay, but the way people used to do them with there legs straight was way gay, and i'd say nay to them

if it looks cool, fine, if not, dont do it. and dont argue over it being called a tip grab or a nose grab. but if i had to pick, id say tip, cuz its the tip of the fucking ski, not the nose. u dont call them twin nosed skis. nose grab sounds to much like the snowboard grab...unless thats waht u fellas are goin for

I think pollard would do a steeze nipple squeeze (tip grab) just cause of his crunched style on some of his spins, and I bet CR could do some good ones as well

i can't believe there are over 40 posts about a grab. go skiing and grab your skis however the fuck you like, don't ask if you should do them or if they look sweet. if people laugh at you then you obviously sucked it up, if they tell you it looked dope then don't stop doing it.
