He is right though. Be smart about it. If you don't get them and you already "sold" them/got payment for them, you are then in a sticky situation. Always deal when you have the thing in hand or the money needed for a purchase.
 
soo you clearly dont understand what a feeler is then, im not selling anything now so i would have no money to collect. yo please no more spam.
 
A feeler is still something you have.. read the first thing in the list of B/S/T Rules: Own Something you Want to Sell. It's not a big deal, just make sure you've already got something in your hands next time you make a thread.

A feeler is something you have but are on the edge of actually selling it or not(You would sell for the right price, etc etc)

An Item you don't have is exactly that, something that is not in your possession. Without having it you don't know A) the exact condition of said item B) when you will actually have said item to sell
