Timelapse Compiling Help.

So I took a timelapse at the beach today, but cant seem to figure out how to compile them. Have tried different programs I found online with no help. Pictures were shot on a canon t3i. Anyone know of any programs that will help me compile all the pictures. Im on a computer with windows vista.
