Time to claim: how much did you progress this season?

yo i'm sure everyone is done with skiing now, for the most part atleast, so NS how was your season? claim your shit, post footage, or don't, no need to back it up cuz its NS right.

i'm just gonna say i had a sick season. i got to ski like 3 decent powder days on real powder skis (crAzy shit for maine) and i got some sick pics (in my profile). i learned some cool new tricks like 450 off and i got a few pretzel variations. i definately got better on rails, smoother atleast, and i got a ton of skiing in. as for jumps i learned to spin up to 7, and pulled a switch 5 out of my ass... and best of all, i got to ski with a ton of old friends, meet a bunch of new ones, and torch tree like it was my job. so thats about it for me, what about you NS?

i got to ski pow/colorado in general for the first time ever this past season. that's what i'm most stoked on and can't wait to do it again.

and my switch cork 7 over chad's gap wasn't too bad either

i progressed this much!

i sucked last year, i could only 3 and do grabs and this year was my first year of actually trying in the park. Now i can 540, 270 on (boxes), pretzel 270 off (boxes), and im working on a mute 3 that i should get down at windells and hopefully land a 7 because i can 5 easy. Pretty progressive year id say

i basicly learned everything i know how to do on skis

this was my first year freestylin.

cork 5s and 7s is the biggest i go on jumps

and rails almost got the 270 on but i got switch ups and 270 outs and broken grinds down

well i had an awesome year. i did lots of handrails, learned sw 10s which i failed to film....gah... and i learned lots of new grabs with old tricks which is what im most stoked on.....this kinda sums it up i guess...

i got to ski some utah pow and got caught in a storm at mammoth where the entire town was freakin out and then back up to AK where they opened the headwall for the first time all season and it was amazinnngg. also learned how to do rails...which was a first...

After tearing up my knee on Christmas day, I can confidently say that my skiing didn't get much better this season.

well i missed all last year, so this year i was expecting a lot out of myself.. kinda succeded, kinda didnt... i really dont have anytrhing to progress on unless i drive 3 hours away, but i learned a few new grabs with spins, finally went inverted with mistys and rodeos, tried a backfilp and partially tore my roatators cuff(am afriad to ever try one again), and learned a plethora of new rail tricks! next year ill be out to keystone twice so i hope to progress allllooott more

this year i mainly worked on perfectifying the spread eagles...id call it a pretty progressive year

I got 5's and 7's, 2 on, 2 out both ways, didnt get as many tricks as i thought i would, but then again I only had 9 days all year.

first year of park, so i guess i learned the basics. 3's, slide almost all boxes, some rails, whatnot.

skied plenty of pow.

plan on progressing a bunch at windells though.

didnt move forward at all... stayed the same because of a blown knee from last season it slowed me down so much this year.

i went to tahoe for the first time and we got 3 feet of snow in 2 days and i got to ski some really steep shit and drop some cliffs that i wouldn't have thought about last season
i didn't get to do real skiing much though, mainly putting on a goofy suit and going between red and blue things

I managed more than 100 days of sun, powder, slush, ice crust, mank, and pure absolute death snow. I hit rails, jumps, 40ft cliffs, silly tree grabbers, moon-drops, and lots of backflips. I got to ski some nice VW sized moguls at Alpental towards the end too. Starting in a month or so, I'll be skiing almost everyday in the MT backcountry.

I couldn't ask for a better season, or to be more blessed to be able to be healthy and fortunate enough to get to ski as much as I have and do. I was blessed to spend the time in the company of the most amazing people on the planet who ski, and feel super lucky to call them friends. I can't thank you all for all the laughs, pushing me, props, and plain old fun times had on the snow.

We must always be conscious that skiing is an immense privilege, and we are supremely lucky to be able to grow, progress, suffer, and live life through this lifestyle that we all share.

I progressed to another level this season, I'm not gonna lie. I was a complete pussy last year, but this year I learned switch flips (with the price of a couple concussions), corks, and rodeos. I started grabbing my corks at the very end of the season, and I threw my first front off a cliff. I competed in my first park competition which was fun. Got to ski with some amazing kids. I learned how to slide down rails consistently and learned 270s on. In terms of the more "creative" tricks, I learned hand drags, butter 3's, and jibbed the mountain. Fun stuff, I cannot wait for next season.

Skied alot of park due to another crappy snow season. Then I met alyeska powder and fell in love with anything BC or powder. Then end of season got 3 consecutive 6inch pow weekends which was super fun. Really stoked for next season.

I went from only being able to do 180's to being able to stomp left and right 7's. I got out to BC for 2 weeks and slayed some pow for the first time which was an amazing experience. Hopefully after this coming school year I'll be able to get out to work and ski in BC for a year before University.

got 150" of pow at alta in december, and learned some inverts. funnest season i've ever had with my friends, most days skied in a season, graduating college (kinda)... it was good.

i learnt tons of shit, 5's, grab 3's, switch 5's, dropped my biggest cliffs, 180'd cliffs, switch ups, 270s on/off, skied the most pow iv ever had in a season, fuck i love pow

this year was sick as my 1st yr freestyling 270s on +out, switchups bs+fs, pretzels, sw 3s, 5s, hitting big jumps + cliffs for the first time, learning to really shred pow, and chillin w/ homies. dope

in the winter skating year i did much of the skating on the handrailings because where i live the place for the real skating is far far

my friend "alexander" is how you say in english went and skated with the railing on this picture and he tell me to jump the whole thing with a 180! so i do!
