Time Lapse Help

im looking for some help.
why does this happen. the qualiity goes from HD to crap

Its not my render settings in Sony Vegas because i does this when i put it in the program.

Looks like its chroma subsampling and then sub sakpling that again and again till it gets blocky. What were the filters you had on and or what was your process?
 
Well i dont have a timer so i did it through the program that comes with your camera to control it on the comp. there is a timer on there i used.
basically i went to AV mode and set my aperture and iso. then set the timer and off it went.once that was done i went to quicktime and did import image sequence. did that and rendered it as MPEG4 HD 1080.
and it was like that
 
So this was taken from a series of pictures, then made into a the lapse in quicktime pro? was the output from quicktime pro like this?
 
Alex, I made one using quicktime as well and It rendered perfectly and came out great.There must be some kind of export setting you are overlooking because that seems very strange.
