Time for new goggles

It’s been 3 or 4 years since I have bought goggles. I currently have Smith Squad XLs with a few different lenses. I also have a pair of photo-chromatic Glades that I won. Very impressed with the Glades. Considering the Glade mag flights anyone have experience with them? Also looking into Oakley because I love the pink iridium (think it’s called prizim now) lenses. Looking at the flight deck and fall line L.

Anyone have recommendations between the 2? Sounds like it’s mainly a difference in lense shape.

I have the Oakley line miner with the prizim lenses and they are great. Would definitely recommend them.

Yesterday at winter park the visibility was bad but with the Oakley prizm low light lens I could see very well and both. the line miner and fall line look good and are comfortable with a large field of vision.

This. I have prizm flight decks and they are so nice. I have the purple/green lens and use it for everything and it's amazing in super flat light. I've had Smith squads before and the Oakley lenses are way superior

I’ve been using smith I/o for a while now this is my first year with an Oakley prism lens and I def think the contrast is better with the Oakley, they possibly have a superior anti fog not sure on that tho I rarely get hot or cold as I’ve got my layering dialed

Prizm black. Best lens for blue bird. Also skiable on variable light.

ps I have prizm black and prizm rose on flight deck and this kit is good for almost whole season. I also have fall line with prizm jade but I rarely use it, like 1 or 2 days on ~50days season. I don’t see any reason to have anything than rode+black.

I dig the sapphire and it works well in any condition. I usually rock sapphire on sunny days and the pink on straight overcast.

I got spy aces and the lenses seem far superior to smith's.

Haven't tried the Oakley prizms but I've heard good things

Smiths Chroma Pop Lens are pretty good as well

Smith chroma pop cant go wrong. I have the 4d mags and they are great.

That being said the anon m2 or m4s are amazing too bc they have the mfi mask for covid and for POW days

I've used Smith, Carrera, Oakley and Electric in the past. Now I am using Shred and I can't say anything bad about them. Great FOV and lens choices. Never fog up either.
