Time accumulator for time spent on ns?

It seems I have been spending a TON of time on newschoolers lately, and was wondering if there could be any way where there could be a stopwatch or some sort of counter of the actual amount of time spent on newschoolers (ex 23 hours 14 minutes), and it just adds on and on for the amount of time logged in.

I guess I am just interested in the amount of time I actually spend on here.
