Timberline summer public park

I know they have a nice park up at t-line during the summer. But at about what time does it open? i got up there one day this summer but i don't remember what time it opened at. sorry if repost but i searchbareed the shit out of it

it used to be 9 and everyone would go lap public before windells opened, but this year is was 10 for public and windells
