I'm stoked to get one more day of riding T line in tomorrow. I'll be by myself, so if anybody up there wants to shred with me hit me up I'll be wearing saga purp pants and a home made green and purp vest.
My mistake, it wasn't the last day of lapping. They moved the park to below the pipe and you could lap today, but the ride out was sketchhhy. That being said, I'm not even sure if you'll be able to lap tomorrow unless they farm some snow. You wont have to walk very far now but give it a week and it'll start turning into a hike.
Lappin is a bit annoying, you gotta take your skis off and walk 10 feet or ski over 10 feet of asphalt. Good setup up there, lanes definitely wide enough for another set of kickers and rails though. Speed between the jumps was perfect till the late afternoon.
anyone know the statz on hood this late in the season?? My roommates and I are thinking about making a trip this weekend to get on more snow gliding? I realize we'll prob have to take our skis off to lap if thats even possible, but are there any jibs, jumps? SNOW?? haha let me know!!!
it was sick over the 19th and 20th. 3 jumps, some jibs, and there was just enough snow to get to the mile. I bet there is quite a bit of walking involved now though. Someone fill us in.
I'm camping up at hood for a couple days but only got paper for one days lift ticket. Can you hike up to the to the tline, mhssc, or windells park without dying from exhaustion? and how long u think the hike would take, 2 ,3, 4 hours?? Lemme know!!!
