Timberline Early Season

thank you so much for telling me about that!

It was shot in 1080p30 but I exported in 1080p24 with h.264 codec

Are you doing any in camera image tweaking? the blues in that edit made me cringe. Ive seen a lot of dslr footage that the blues are just way too saturated and are a little off tint of the true blue. Id say chill that out either in camera or in post because its way to saturated. Otherwise, sick edit! looks mad fun.

Woah man, this was legit, i might not have seen it without the bump.

That is such a beautful mountain, god i wish i lived outw west.

Yeah I upped the saturation in camera, the desaturated a little in post, and then darkened the blues a little too. I wish i woulda tinted them a tad differently though

Yeah, i would sugest keeping your saturation flat with a dslr, ive seens some pretty weird colors out of them. Having a less saturated color is better than a more saturated color.

For bright sunny conditions, yes. If mike turned down and darken the blues in that edit, i cant even image how they looked raw.

Everything was pretty tight. The colours were a minor problem, its skiing anyways.
The only thing that bugged me was the sporadic audio popping up every once and a while from the clips, keep it consistent (or you could have taken them out all together because that song had a chill vibe)

Ha yeah, it sucks that danny broke his gl2 this summer. Don't think he'll invest in a new cam anytime soon

oh thats what it was, for some reason i thought it was a sony, i'm not really surprised it broke, i'm surprised it lasted that long in the first place. And yea danny schwartz.

Yeah. Danny was one of the people who got me into filming with the hood crew edits. I didn know who he was til recently though.
