i liked it mike. good colors. the only thing that bothered me was the inconsistency with the audio

Are you doing any in camera image tweaking? the blues in that edit made me cringe. Ive seen a lot of dslr footage that the blues are just way too saturated and are a little off tint of the true blue. Id say chill that out either in camera or in post because its way to saturated. Otherwise, sick edit! looks mad fun.

Yeah I upped the saturation in camera, the desaturated a little in post, and then darkened the blues a little too. I wish i woulda tinted them a tad differently though

Yeah, i would sugest keeping your saturation flat with a dslr, ive seens some pretty weird colors out of them. Having a less saturated color is better than a more saturated color.

so your saying keep the saturation in the middle on the camera and do the rest in post?

For bright sunny conditions, yes. If mike turned down and darken the blues in that edit, i cant even image how they looked raw.

I didn't do too much to those shots. The only ones I intensively graded were the sunset shots.

Follow cams were tight. Not your fault but it seems like there was only blue orange and black/white in the vid.

Everything was pretty tight. The colours were a minor problem, its skiing anyways.
The only thing that bugged me was the sporadic audio popping up every once and a while from the clips, keep it consistent (or you could have taken them out all together because that song had a chill vibe)

Yeah. Danny was one of the people who got me into filming with the hood crew edits. I didn know who he was til recently though.
