i ordered some grenade gloves from there last fall. after i never recieved them, it took me literally 10 emails for them to respond. come APRIL or so, someone gets back to me and says they never sent 'em to me because grenade shorted them on their shipment. so they gave a a 40 dollar credit, because they can't just reimburse me... so i ordered the same gloves in this year's model a few weeks ago. on their site, it says the grenade gloves are supposed to arrive by the end of october... but initially, it said aug. 15th. and every 2 weeks, they move the date forwards... like, when the 15th of aug. got here, they said they'll arrive by the 30th of aug... and then the 15th of sept. and so on. exact same thing happened to me last year, and they're terrible with customer service. that's my experience anyways. if i DO end up getting my gloves, i'm still pissed because they've kept my money for over a year and don't so much as bother to tell you what's going on.
also, i spent 30 bucks on the gloves last year... and they gave me a 40 buck credit... which is cool, but when i checked out again a few weeks ago using the credit the total was like 29 shipped, and i have no more balance on the supposed 40 dollar credit. cool.... not.
