Can I use Tide-To-Go on my jacket? I know it's not made for it, but will it work without destroying the fabric?

Only one way to find out.
But since it is a detergent, it won't be very gentile on the waterproofing membrane. But it isn't like your jacket will explode. Probably safer/cheaper on a small spot than washing the whole thing.
