Jay Z was, is, and always will be better than Lil Wayne- that goes without saying. Hova's only beat by two guys out there- 2Pac and Biggie.
 
I like T.I. better but that's just me. Even with everyone on Lil Waynes crackhead dick. Weezy has legit music but as far as who makes more songs that I like it's gonna go to T.I. I've been listening to T.I since before he was cool anyway. Weezy's good songs are maybe better than T.I.'s but generally I like T.I. better.

Jay-Z is the only legitimate rapper there, what in the hell? I don't care how good your beats are, if you can't come up with a verse that sounds more advanced than a third-grade haiku you lose at rapping.

listened to many a jay-z cd and cant say he's on the same level as biggie or pac...he's a great artist and producer and is deffinatly a stand out artist, but i cant put him on that level. I listen to alot of hip hop and instrumentals but still give respect to some of these more known rappers. I'd put jay-z on the same level as older Nas and Mobb deep.

Any rapper who claims to be the best rapper alive gets negative points in my book. If they truely are great they wouldnt need to say it every 5 seconds
 
so im the only one here who thinks luda's a good rapper? dont get me wrong he only has a few good song but his raps are just amazing good flow and lyrics
