Thrusters and Binding Mounting

So I wanted to get a real park ski because I was sick of trying to progress on my 2x4s... ahem, Public Enemys. I decided on the 06/07 Thrusters. I plan on taking up my PEs on good snow days and my Thrusters most of the time. My questions are...

1. How will the Thrusters perform out of the park? I'm a pretty aggressive skier. I plan on spending a ton of time in the park but I won't be able to

take up two pairs of skis most of the time, so I want them to perform

OK on the rest of the mountain too.

2. Where should I mount them? I was thinking 4cm back from chord. Again, the Thrusters will probably be used about 70/30 park/all-mountain but I'm gonna get real frustrated if they don't perform out of the park.

I'm 6'1" and 155 pounds, the Thrusters are 171s. Thanks!

you'd be happier skiing a 184cm thruster but thats besides the point...the more center you are on the ski the more turny and shorter the ski will feel...if you are going to use it mostly for park put it where you want to try it out(you can always re-mount and try somewhere else), just remember it wont be as all-mountain friendly. good luck
