I smoke once every blue moon. Maybe once every few months. High school was a different story but now trying to go to school and make enough money for the season only hinders my ability to function. I smoke and I go full retard. I'm worthless and no bags of doritos or nesquick is safe in a 100 mile radius.

I got tested like 6 times over the course of the summer last year. The first year I admittedly was tested once and smoked more weed and drank more alcohol than I ever have in my entire life.
 
I mean I smoke socially so on and off, but i work for vail so if i get in any type of ski related accident I get tested. I think even if I am the one getting run into or something along those lines I still get tested. So I’m sorta concerned because employee housing is dirt cheap and i dont want to lose that.

Haha I can imagine if they weren't consistent then, i understand why but for a summer ski camp it must suck for some. Obviously you cant be high if say your camper is sick or gets hurt in the cabin, when I was a camper there were certainly stoned employees, granted it wasnt legal both times I went.
 
Pot gets tiring as you get older. Maybe bc your brain isnt as plastic. Idk but i cant smoke working in a hospital and i dont really feel like im missing out.

Claimed that he had been paranoid about an employee he fired when he found out that employee had a record(from over 20 years ago). Lol. I agree I don’t think he should be in jail. Usually the courts here will convict people for this sort of accident though. Fortunate for Tim he had a great lawyer and was able to get a jury trial.

Too bad it sounds like he’s not always so forgiving of his employees mistakes.
