Thrashed legs

hey...i got another q

i live in minnesota and the biggest jump we have is a 25foot which is sad but i always hurts my legs no matter how i land off the jump and i see ppl in the videos here hit huge jumps and land soft.....what am i doin wrong

when your skis make contact wiht the ground or your almost about ready to hit the ground be ready to bend your knees that helps make the landings softer

the jump prolly sucks. if the biggest hit your place has is 25 ft, then they prolly dont know how to build a good jump. its all about a a good jump. a good jump has a landing that perfectly matches your trajectory, so no matter how huge you go, its all with very little impact forces.

i looked on google but all i could find was 3D Animation porn-sxmarty6

ECS headwear, hit me up!

Dont feel to bad my home mountains biggest jump is probally 15 feet. But i land perfect on them. For smaller jumps i like landing right at the bottom of the landings.

yeah, number one is as you go up the kicker, keep that shin pressure against the front of your boot so that you dont go off backseat and land sheisty...

next time you ride, try to feel what is hitting the ground first, your tails, your tips, or everything alltogether..
