Exactly my point. It was from the ugly ski contest way back when. The entire point of that graphic was to be over the top and funny.

Also ON3P that contest needs to come back....it was the best

To be honest, I was significantly more hyped on Vishnu before I read this thread than after.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems like he wasn't referring to a very limited edition topsheet from an ugly topsheet contest a couple years back. The comment seemed much more aimed at J skis with their whole aesthetic. I mean look at the latest whipits:

I took it as he was tired of the busy collage approach that lots of ski brands have gravitated towards for years and years.

It's amusing seeing people get bent out of shape over some ski graphics though

Honestly all jskis are trash imo, that's why I love them, never too serious. And who really cares about top sheets?

I dislike most j skis graphics (and kid-oriented marketin) but the ones with wood grain topsheet and xmas sweater bases are awesome haha

Is made in the US the only factor that classifies a company as "core"?

i mean i wouldn't consider it a matter of a company being core or not but when your product isnt made halfway around the world the quality control can be better and you are able to ensure that the people making the product aren't getting fucked over
