Thoughts on thirsty thursday

i'm not really getting that vibe from it.

I think he's more the type who doesn't see the hype in drinking 4 out of 7 days. And besides, most college kids are fucking retarded about drinking anyways so he does have some point.
 
that has nothing to do with it. i dont particularly love drinking 4 out of 7 days of the week any more either, but that doesnt mean i feel a need to vilify everyone who does or attach some sort of meaning to it regarding their worth, intelligence, or productiveness

his point is not "college kids are retarded about drinking." obviously if that was his point i would agree (i was one of those retarded drinkers until 3 months ago). but that's not all he's claiming, at all
 
A lot of you sound like virgins still in highschool who dont get fucked up all the time. A true bro knows how to get all of his school work out of the way right before/during/or after they are getting fucked up. I was just doing beer bongs at the pool and i have class in 45 .pussys

seriously though, this thread was unnecessary, drinking is fun, but it's not for everyone, and I respect people that don't drink. What I don't respect is people that I am most likely smarter/better at time management/have more fun than telling me that I'm a fuckup because I drink 3-4 nights a week and enjoy myself
 
i think the thing is that most of the people saying that "thirsty thursday" is dumb do drink. its like smoking a joint at 4:20. a gimmick. i dont need a dumb name as a reason to drink.
 
again, that is not what the OP said. he didnt say oh thats a dumb gimmick/cliche. if he had said that id probably agree but that's not the case
