95% of all popular music made after 1979 is awful.
Anyone that thinks fucking Lady Gaga changed the face of music should think hard about people that have actually changed the face of music, go listen to a "Bob" "Dylan" "album" (you obviously haven't heard of Bob Dylan or albums because you think that what Lady Gaga makes is called music), realize what a fucking moron you are, and STFU.
No one is actually changing the face of music right now at all.
Although, IMO Between the Buried and Me are changing Metal. They aren't changing music at all, but I think they are making an impact on metal.
Also I really think Immortal Technique is changing the face of Hip Hop. So much evolution between Revolutionary Vol. 2 and The 3rd World, I can't wait to see what he does on the next one. Plus I think in the future partially because of him Hip Hip will start to have a more political tone. Again though, he isn't changing music, because if you don't listen to hip hop, you probably haven't heard of him.
