^Well that would be boring... and it would mean the saying 'Bickering like an old married couple' wouldn't make a lot of sense. It isn't a very healthy relationship if you're completely compatible with each other and never have anything to disagree over. Also, I don't think that has ever happened to any couple.

I agree, by made for eachother I mean the perfect balance, where you disagree and it's constructive but you aren't always fighting about pointless stuff. and I always bring it to skiing, because that's what matters most to me. I would like to be with a guy who I can ski with and we can help eachother getting stuff down, but there is still a little competition.

Oh, ok, I totally misunderstood you. Yeah, you're dead on. But i'm not into the ski girl thing as much... I mean it'd be nice as a thing to talk about, but I have trouble skiing with my friends who ski. In fact, I only usually ski with snowboarders, and that's only in the park for filming and hanging out (which I don't consider skiing, really, since I look on park skiing and downhill skiing as two totally different sports). Aside from that, i'd rather be alone with the hill. Guess I'm a bit of a loner on the mountain. But the competition thing comes into play in other arenas... so I'm with you there ;)

yeah it's hard, I ski so much it's hard to date people who don't ski or snowboard with me, but I like to have my own time to ski alone, and with my friends. and I like to leave the romance at home, touchy-feeliness doesn't belong on the hill and i haven't met a dudewho can appreciate all that stuff I just ranted about. haha.

True enough, it's hard to fit everything into a day. I have so much schoolwork that when I'm not in class I've gotta be reading, thus the summer courses. School and skiing are pretty much my whole life, and now I've gotta fit hockey and work in there too... I can't believe some people do all this and work 2 jobs.

it's really all or nothing for me with the ski girl thing. living quite far from the mountains, it's not a big deal if a girl doesn't ski/snowboard, as long as she doesn't mind if i do. but if she does, she has to be a pretty experienced skier, because my last girlfriend snowboarded (like pretty much all my friends) but she wasn't very good, and she always complained about the cold or the snow or something, and i could never do anything challenging runs with her, and she didn't like the park, but she'd get all butthurt if i mentioned going for a couple runs without her. maybe one day, god willing, i'll hook up with a chick who can actually SKI with me.

my gf is the best girl skier ive ever skied with on a regular basis but shes still completely new to park. but she can rip all the other trails. its sick i love it

but you are only ''you'' as you said, and fuck sacrificing yourself to the point of submission. i'm not talking about long distance i'm talking about two people who just can't be together because they aren't compatible, and making each other compatible would mean too much sacrifice. it's a cheesy line from some song, but ''if i was the man you wanted, i wouldn't be the man that i am.'' that's what i'm trying to say.
