on state parole for aggravated assault till 2014

was living in lake tahoe forced to move back to pennsylvania because i got a dui and violated my parole

back in pennsylvania i am not allowed to leave my county which means no skiing for the 2011-2012 year

basically just blew away 26,000 dollars because i left school early to come home

am going to have to go to jail eventually for the dui dont know

broke

just got kicked out of my house

broke

no idea what i am doing with my life for the next

no skiing for this year

.....that actually doesnt seem that bad, any one else life hurt

inb4 at least ur not a cripple, retarted, etc
 
That's the worst man, and I know its probably not what you want to hear, but you're to blame. Keep your head up, do your time, get back on the mountains.
 
step 1. stop drinking.

step 2. the lack of skiing is the least of your worries.

step 3. get a job.

step 4. convince your family you aren't a fuck up, even though you obviously are.

step 5. pretty much start over everything you have so far accomplished inorder to prove you aren't a stupid alcoholic fuckboi.
 
this is not a sympathy feel bad for me, i agree i am to blame for the shitty mess i am in, i just want to hear about other peoples shitty lives so that i can cling on to what little hope i have that my shitty human being self will go on and that it will indeed get better,

possible past experiences that sucked anyone got em

How about the story about the good decisions you are starting to make, and how you are turning it all around? The one with a solid plan for the future, and a system in place to not repeat past mistakes or fall back into a familiar pattern.
 
shits only going to get better if you make an effort and commit to making it better dude. hearing other peoples sob stories aren't going to help you.
 
there are a few people here who are very depressed or who have severe bipolar disorder. i would say that could be worse.

Its all relative. when things are going great that becomes the new normal. when life is shit that becomes the new normal, and any kind of good that happens is freaking awesome.

as said before, get a bike, a job, and a shitty 1 bdrm apt that you share with a creepy dude you found on craigslist. from there, start hustling your way to the top. from my experiences, ive noticed that the people that get in trouble with the law, are also pretty charasmatic and social, so use that to your advantage.
 
You've really done it man... You got to change your entire lifestyle and probably get 100% clean until you earn the right back. You have pretty picked the situation you have now and that means you need to make a full 360 dg turn with your mindset and lifestyle.

get a good job, rebuild relations with parents which will probably mean swallowing your pride and conceding to stuff you don't agree about but you need them to overcome the situation your in. And from personal experience completely submit when it comes to probation and court orders and go above and beyond they have no sympathy for mistakes... Good luck man

Among ALL of my health issues that I won't even start listing... I have had two tumors removed from my lower back near my spine in the last year and a half and have another surgery for ANOTHER tumor coming up. They have no idea why they keep coming back so I'm FUCKED

Get your shit together and appreciate your health. Good God.

ive known a lot of good people who have done some stupid shit, and the vast majority of them have been successful in getting their shit back together. get a bike and a job and start planning to get into community college or something

ag assault charge is from when i was 19 partied real hard all summer end of the summer culminated with me deciding it would be a good idea to take 1/4 ounce of shrooms and 2 hits of e and smoking weed and drinking, needless to say i blacked out at about 7 oclock 5 hours later woke up in the hospital strapped down to a bed naked with a needle in my arm.....what happened was my dumb ass friends took me home b/c i said i wanted to go home where my mom thought i was fucking overdosing so she called the cops. Cops+boy tripping face=bad time, large scuffle ensured i ended up breaking a cops legs, dont know how this happened but yeah it sucked

dui, was just driving my friend home at 3 in the morning from the Crystal bay club in kings beach and was cruising through incline and got stopped for going 70 in a 45, and the cop said i was slurring my words gave me a full field sobriety test and i passed everything then i got breathalized and blew a .153 and went to washoe county jail needless to say.

And to everyone who thinks duis are a big fucking deal go fuck yourselfs, if i am driving home at 4 in the morning intoxicated nbd, now if i am driving drunk at 12 in the afternoon that is another story in my book....sorry to the girl with lupus that sucks
