This is probably one of the most enjoyable edits (WARNING: CONTAINS SNOWBOARDING)

I also agree that ski movies need more dicking around. As someone whose home hills for the last six years have been Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley, I can assure you that GNAR is not just something people do for a movie— its a way of life.

Skiers might still party hard, but it's a different kind of partying than what went down in the 70s and 80s at Squaw... which reminds me: ski movies also need more nudity and sexual undertones. Remember the intro to Yearbook? What even happened to intros, anyway?

just want to remind you.. Real Skifi Episode 1 from Janne Korpela on Vimeo.

Real Skifi Episode 2 from Janne Korpela on Vimeo.

these and nipwitz i really enjoy to watch. so chilly

Check out member twenty2 's edits if you want a fun vibe with sick skiing and no "triples or you're gay" attitude.

Really enjoyed watching that. The foot tap off the chairlift?!! Not super clued up but seemed like a pretty original edit.

From the people who mentioned it should be about dicking around, I literally watched this for the first time today.

Seems like nothing but fun.

that seg was so sick.

i think a lot of the downfall of ski edit/parts is the absolutely fucking horrible music people choose. completely ruins it, i don't care how good the skiing is

Yeah, I totally agree. Skiing needs more of a playful style, fun, kinda joking around style.

Max Hill and Ian Compton had some edits togheder this vinter, which has kinda the same vibe as this.

Also Real Skifi and Nipwitz has the same vibe pretty much, and then TC a little...

threads for the sick skiing edits turning up from this.

and i think some skier needs to take off of some urban lip with their poles in their bindings, eject in mid air, and slide the rail with their boots. would be sick
