This is the massive storm we've been waiting for. 9 inches in copper (expecting 1 to 2), 12 in crested (expecting 3 to 5), and so on...

The moisture is feeding all the way from the phillipines and gaining strength through hawaii (to sum up how massive of a stream of moisture is happening). Some weather sites are saying up to 100 inches above 12,000 feet by thursday in select spots. but what we all now know is this week there won't be any powder days, only one long powder week!

I'll be up every day. Vail, berthoud, and A-basin mostly.
 
Breck was really sick on Saturday (waist deep in spots WTF?!?!?!?), good today just way too many people. Just pulled into Crested Butte and the truck I parked next too is BURIED!!!! Ridiculous totals already and it's just starting to get to the heart of this storm.
 
yeah tomorrow we should wake up to some good totals. and the next day... and the next day... well... you get the point haha
 
mary jane had about 9 inches of fresh yesterday, you could find thigh deep spots in the trees. nothing better than tree skiing at mj. i wish i couldve gone today

nice! I was at a basin today with 18 inches the last 48 hours. pali chair was unreal, pretty busy since it's the holiday week, but the stashes were good
