GREENSBURG, Pa. -- [/b]An 18-year-old Greensburg man has been charged with raping a baby who police said was left in his care.Police said Scott Wade Smith raped his girlfriend's 5-month-old girl Friday morning at a home in the 500 block of Highland Avenue, where several people, including the infant's mother, were living.Authorities said the infant suffered severe injuries and was flown to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, where surgery was performed.

Police said the girl was crying so hard she nearly stopped breathing.According to police, Smith made a story about the baby choking on a crayon, but paramedics didn't find anything in her throat. So, they decided to take her to Westmoreland Hospital, which is where doctors found blood inside her diaper."Doctors immediately notified Greensburg police, who headed to the house with a search warrant," said Capt. George Seranko of the Greensburg Police Department.There, police said they found a blood-soaked towel in a box in Smith's bedroom, along with four red-stained baby wipes.The mother was in class at her high school when the alleged attack occurred, police said.Smith was charged with five felonies, including rape of a child, causing seriously bodily injury, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and endangering the welfare of children. He is being held at the Westmoreland County Prison on $1 million bail.Police said rape of a child with serious bodily injury under the age of 13 is punishable by life in prison, and they are asking the district attorney to push for that sentence.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday. It's unknown whether Smith has a lawyer yet.

and rest assured, ive toured a max a prison before...he WILL get his. child murderers,molestors, and rapists are raped and/or killed within weeks of general populatioun finding out what they have done. trust me he WILL get his.
 
i mean yeah this kid was a fucking loser, but i would never think he would do that kind of shit. i would never think ANYBODY would do this to somebody...

yeah i've always wondered how you could get pleasure from raping anyone. especially a little baby or child. the thing is crying and flailing and just not my idea of fun sex

he sure didn't last year...i mean he was a little "out there" but DEFINITELY didn't have serious mental problems. i just can't believe i even fucking spoke to a kid that would do that...just fucking crazy.
 
I agree, fuuucked up. I remember reading a similar case in South African where a baby was gang raped by 3 dudes because they heard it would cure them of AIDS. There was no sexual motivation there though, this dude is fucked up. Oh and that other baby survived but all her lady bits were all fucked up and some of them had to be removed i believe.

some kid today said he heard he might try pleading insanity, which he could possibly get off with. i mean you have to be pretty fucked up to do that. i don't think he will get off with it though, i mean hopefully they will interview or whatever you call it kids at our school and shit to prove he was never insane and was a "normal" kid...

i just felt nauseaus thats horrible. that poor child, i cant imagine how that kid is gonna deal with something like that. i hope that he/she doesnt remember

Yup, guards are gonna tell the inmates what hes in for, and then that place is going to become Hell on Earth for him. If hes convicted he'd probably be lucky to get killed early on.
