im sorry but that made me feel sick in the stomach for this sport. the good news is your not the first person to make me feel this way by any means. disregarding everything you did whilst in the air or on a rail, you are hands down one of the mst technically flawed, style-lacking skiiers i have ever seen. this is a just a personal opinion so please dont take it to heart to much, but judging by your take offs, landings and skiing into in between jumps, you are a skiier of at most beginner ability.
im saying all this because this has long been a pet hate for me in this sport, and something i believe has been on a wider level, holding back progression of the industry. that is, people who hit thge park before they actually learn to ski.
i cant be farked going right into it, but basically it is my view that the sport would progress much quicker, and have a lot more respect from outsiders, if people actually had a strong skiing foundation before hitting the park. outsiders would see something like that video and view our sport as an absolute joke. similarly, there are a lot of gun park rats out there who have undeniable talent in the park, but they cant ski to save themselves around the mounbtain. imagine how good they could be if they knew and learnt the solid skiing fundamentals.
conversely, in your defense, skiing is all about expressing yourself and having fun, but as i said, on a much more universal scale, one that extends far beyond this viedo (which is just one example of the problem), if you are truly looking to progress your skiing, learn your roots, and learn the techniques that made people like tanner hall and seth morrisson (the men who truly progressed skiing as we know it) ski the way they do today
