So I got my copy of the hoodcrews new movie today, Thirsty, and I can say it was well worth the 10 dollars. The skiing is nothing below the norm for the hoodcrew. Gnarly handrails, bc booters, and the classic stair skiing. The dvd also includes their film from last year, Freed the Streets, and the chuurch crews movie (some pretty crazy shit, its all snowboarding but well worth the watch). Definitely a movie to consider and support them, for 10 bucks its a steal.

I got to check out the movie earlier this year and recognized Freed's genius in choosing to spend whole days searching for dirt patches and gnarly stair sets to ski down. How many people do you see making ski segments that don't involve any snow? None.

Definitely worth the $10.
