Thinking about getting chronics

I've got the 09 Chronics, which are 85 in the waist, lines chryptonites which are the only chronics they're running at the moment are 95 waist.

I've done 3 weeks skiing on mine as a britfag I don't ski a whole lot, but I love them, I've got them mounted at the regular mounting point for all mountain, they carve well, handle a bit of light powder, and are pretty sturdy when hitting a little bit of park. Got enough flex to do some small butter spins, but they're not super flexy, overall quite a stiff ski.

 
If you are talking regular chronics (85 underfoot), they are extremely stiff. Super poppy though, they rip everything (I ride 181's center mounted). Terrible in powder, awesome in bumps, park, groomers. Really durable, pretty much bombproof.

I just picked up a pair of cryptonites to replace them. Can't wait to try those out.
 
i have the 09/10 normal chronics, and they have a pretty stiff flex, but they're still extremely poppy and fun. so stable on all terrain (besides powder). i would definitely recommended them or the cryptonites.
 
Dude if you have the money then go for it! Everyone who I know who has them loves them and skis well in the park. I really wanted to get them but they are too pricey (sp?) for me right now..
 
Do it. They're not mega stiff, but it's a nice firm flex with pop. Fun skis, kill it everywhere I need them to (in jersey). I've got older 85mm waist ones.
 
I have the 09 chrOnics I loved them but for me they were super flesh check out this is a flipping ski edit to see what I mean. Popped to early on a frontdlip and bent like a mofo.
