Think we could pool together $7.5 mil?

Is that really the cost? Seems high as fuck considering it's only 4 bed 5 bath... and in Boulder. I live in one of the most expensive housing markets in the US since I'm near NYC, and some of the houses around are even bigger than that one. Rarely would one go for more than 4 or 5 mil unless it's on the water and twice the size.
 
This seems like the worst thing you could do with 7.5 mil.

Houses in better locations, buying mountains, building a dryslope facility and skatepark near a cheaper spot.

Seems priced fair based on the comparable local listings.

Although for just $2M you can buy a 12 000 sqft. Cat skiing lodge in BC. Complete with 2 cats and a tenure that's double the size of Whistler/Blackcomb.

There are much better homes for sale in whistler and the Canadian dollar is weak weak weak! NS is Canadian so they could be the owners, and members could lottery in for stays throughout the year :)
 
so over the top...pool is cool but so stupid. Give me a normal out door pool /hot tube combo anyday of the week.

Big houses are so over rated by the way. Massive maintenance and what not.

If I wont the lotta give me a nice 4 bedroom 5000 sq ft house with a sick outdoor pool not to big and hot tub combo and a separate 5 car garage with a second story mancave
