Things I learned at camp!

So this summer, I was lucky enough to go to COC again. Now with the winter approaching quickly, I'm dying to bring the new tricks I learned from camp and bring them to my home mountain, and to just progress my skiing.While lots of us on NS get to go to camp, I know many don't get to go as well. So to get even more excited for the winter, and to hopefully help out some fellow NSers, why not share the things we've learned from all the summer camps, whether it be trick tips starting from the most basic to most advanced tricks, stupid party games, or life lessons, or anything else. I was thinking maybe write about the thing you learned, as well as which camp you were at and who you learned it from.Sorry this is long but I think it would be cool if we could all share cool stories and tips and get stoked for winter!
 
For just about any trick in the book, flex your abs the entire time and visualize yourself stomping it before and you will stomp just about any trick you want to learn from LVV at COC
 
oh sorry that came out confusing... the last part was meant as in i learned that tip from luke van valin at COC
 
i learned how much i hate summer. it was my first in 4 years i didnt spend it at hood. o and learned how fun weed can be haha

I also learned that the classy but good looking girls are always better than the girls who are slutty and good looking girls. I learned that one from Griffin Cummings at COC. He also happens to be sick in Hunting Yeti.
 
don't piss in max hill's shoes. he won't like you very much. i learned that one from charles bedard at high north summer before last.
 
no hes not hes like 6 foot. not huge but average. hahahaha that voice could not come out of someone 5'4"

i met pep the other day though... hes short as helll
 
Haha i'm enjoying how this thread changed to a discussion about the heights of pro skiers. Whatevs though, NS is still helping me have fun, rather than study for midterms
 
Downey is a pimp! His closing segment in LSS was sooo dope. His style was so smooth you could never have guessed he was that tall!
 
^^ Well the objective of 90% of the ppl partying in whistler is to just get laid. Many girls in whistler, are really hot but also really dirty. That's my Griffin's advice is some words of wisdom
 
Although this may be true, I would hope the NS community would not base their girl judging abilities solely on the comments of one Griffen Cummings. Also slutty girls in canada are much different than the slutty girls griffen may have find down here in the states. No offense to you good looking but drastically slutty girls that may be reading this... yes you know who you are. call me!
 
this is hilarious newschoolers is the only place where a topic can go from tricks you learned at camp to the difference of slutty girls in america verses canada haha
