Last year at my school the hippies decides to build a garden right outside the library it was either during mid terms or finals. It would have been fine but they sat around guarding it and playing drums which was annoying as fuck.

They should have a separate exam period for all the art students. Give them a week to finish up playing with crayons or reading fairytales or whatever the fuck they do. Then make a rule that no art students are allowed within 500m of any school building while the real students study for their real finals.(real skiers, real mountains?)
