Thought I would drop a little advice on you guys. I got my license takin away today because of an mip. 400 dollar fine plus no driving for 12 months. Imma spare you guys the whole whiny story and get to the point. The only reason that I didnt get a diversion and have it cleared from my record is because I refused a breathalyzer. So just be warned, this wasnt because the officer felt like i was being a dick or that the judge was in a bad mood, but i guess in most places, refusing a breathalyzer will disqualify you from a diversion, so before anyone spits some bullshit about flexing your rights in front of the police remember that in almost all cases its best to just do what they say.

Exactly. Their is something called implied consent that you agree to when you get a license in most states. Implied consent means that if an officer asks to either give you a breathalyzer test or a drug test to see if you are "under the influence" you are required to do so or you can have your license revoked.
