Someone give me a thesis statement about Henry Ford and his stuff on the assembly line. please32
 
Not sure what the exact question is but maybe this works:

By creating a more efficient system for automobile production, Henry Ford made a huge contribution to American industry and supplied the average citizen with an affordable means of transportation.

It's ok, play with it a bit. And write another sentence or two before this one to have a better intro to your essay.
 
If your paper caught on fire and the only thing that was left was the Thesis statement, then you should know exactly what the paper is on by reading that one sentance.

By inventing the assembly line, Henry Ford started the industrial revolution in america that led to the increase in global warming we see today.

haha. I doubt you could even write a serious paper on that.
 
if i were you id do something like this, just add a little bit more opinion in it, thesis statements arent facts rather an opinion that will tell what the whole story or whatever is about....
 
Henry ford worshipped Karl Marx, and was in favor of a socialist government, therefore making him evil.
 
actually, in a thesis statement you want to write your opinion as fact. You dont want the reader to have conflicting views as he/she reads the essay. History and English essays differ tho, history essays tend to need more structure and hard facts to support the essay.
 
oh damn, well I guess you should make the thesis arguable, but make it seem fact oriented as well... if that makes any sense.
