our king, our savior, the dreads are gone. it’s a sad day considering i got dreads 2 weeks ago and he was the whole inspiration. so sad

I personally started backcombed with wax for 2 weeks and followed that up with a re-backcombing and minor crotchet work to get the dread to hold for and help it lock up fast, basically went from straight hair held together by wax to actual knots in my hair

there’s many different ways, some people just stop brushing their hair and let it do it’s own thing, whatever works for u

I've learned that stinky people don't realize they stink. They smell normal to themselves. So just remember that. Your hair prob smells like a donkeys arse but to you.... Roses.

Shampoo is all fucking fragrances and things that strip your hair from your natural oils anyway, your hair does not need to be washed multiple times a week or really at all, you hair can adjust its oils to what your scalp needs. Shampoo has been around like then 75 years bro and people did alright before that. The more you know

I'm not saying that guy doesn't smell. But if you, Sharko, shampoo your hair daily, then I feel bad for your hair.

Oh yeah man sure it’s not like there’s been 99 billion + years of life on this planet but yet we started washing our hair 75 years ago. Hmmm was valentine’s day a thing 300 years ago? I think not, it’s not all about the people dude it’s money so the companies made us beleive you need to wash your hair every god damn day else u smell like shit. Have your opinion i have mine, after all of this I have legitimately asked random people if my hair smells. Every answer “smells like hair”.

I don't wash my hair either man but it's buzzed short cause otherwise, ya know, it would smell
 
dude you shouldnt have used wax lol, thats what causes shit to build up and get janky. i had dreads for 4 years and i smelled like a dog every time i washed them lmao it was bad. so glad i got rid of them
