To be honest, like yeah yeah yeah the girls are hot and stuff. But some of those positions must be so hard. I don't do yoga, but the girl in the second picture like I couldn't do that. Da B Crey
yoga is so good for you, I really should start doing it again. It really helped me in my other sports and its such good conditioning. I really want to try hot yoga too, I think I'm gonna look into it.
Yoga is awesome. It feels so good to do after a run or a workout; there are no better stretches/exercises for your muscles and body. Such good de-stressing too.
