Alright i didnt want to have to do this, but im running out of options...i bought annon figments ($40) and fischer rius (190) from the NS member the PIMPESTSKIER. I paid him for the goods over 3 months ago and still have received nothing. He ignores my phones calls/his cell phone is off, he doesnt return my messages, ignores my PMs and emails. This shit is not cool! I work my fucking ass off to pay for ski gear and this is how you treat a fellow skier. Fuck off! I just wanted to let everyone know what went down so they dont get fucked like i did. Dude your not cool for scaming people...scammers are the scum of the earth. You have no idea how pissed i am!!!
 
If it's of any comfort, i guarantee that he will be speared in his vagina by a raving lunatic with a trident. Karma exists, and he will reap its worst rage. Hope that makes you feel better, although it sucks HUGE chode to get fucked by some asshole over the internet.
 
Really, its the risk you run with NS members. NS has no accountability or responsibility for trades/sales that happen via the site. If you used Paypal, you can claim that the seller didn't send, and try and get your money back thought that. Paypal is usually pretty good about that. Otherwise... you might be out of luck.
 
dude I hate to say it but this is what you get for buying on a forum without knowing what you're doing. If you bought through paypal you can file a claim through them, but after 3 months it might be too late I'm pretty sure there's some kind of time limit. Why would you wait 3 months??
 
i dunno i was still hopin they would come...it was my first experience buying shit from someone off a forum, clearly a poor decision and ill be much more cautious next time...btw payal allows refund only if you claim a problem within 45 days...but this shit is not over

Haha i love NS, kid got his shit im sorry it took so long. I wasnt out to scam. I just had a hectic 4 months, i havent been home for two of them. I know that in no way makes up for my lateness. So in any case im sending you all your shit and i have some ski shit laying around that i dont need so maybe i can make it up too you. As for all you other kids who talk shit get both sides of a story before you talk. O and to parker you live 5 miles from me? Lets ride together some time and you can make your own opinion on my skiing. Again im sorry for the strees I caused you and I truley do apoligize. I was not here to scam you i got back to my house not 6 days ago from a 2 month trip. So again i am sorry, and im sorry this hurts my "NS cred" that everyone seems to be going for lately. O, your money for the goggles should be there any day now it seems that my brother took those goggles you wanted to buy, and he lives in NY so i never get to see him.
